Window Series

 'Bound Vision: Reflected Nature' makes use of a reclaimed metal window frame and incorporates kiln formed glass
panels overlayed with acid etched glass panels to build up the layered illustration. The line detail within the illustration
is developed using copper wire and mesh, with silver wire, once fired, giving the rich yellow accent colour.

This particular piece is a wall mounted artwork, but the technique can be incorporated very effectively into an existing window frame within a building as a contemporary alternative to either standard obscure glass or as a decorative feature.
