'Flatpack' continues to investigate the ideas and themes relating to place and sanctuary, exploring human thought and emotion and our connection to the places we inhabit for contemplation, reflection or inspiration. My research lead me from the Primitive Hut through to working with kiln-formed glass as a modern construction material. Developing 3-dimensional construction methods from 2-dimensional panels. Integrating complimentary construction materials- wood, metal, and concrete,
into the sculptures.
